Hiking for Recovery
This summer, I'll be taking on the challenge of hiking to the summit of a 14,000-foot Colorado peak to raise awareness for substance use recovery and the families who are impacted by it.
Every step up the mountain represents something I deeply believe:
Recovery is possible.
People heal. Families heal. Lives change.
Through my work with Healing Hearts, I've met so many individuals and families who are carrying the weight of addiction, uncertainty, and loss of hope. I've also seen the incredible strength, resilience, and transformation that can happen when people are given support, connection, and the opportunity to move forward.
This climb is about more than reaching a summit. It's about starting conversations, reducing stigma, celebrating recovery, and reminding people that there is always hope, even when the path feels difficult.
If this message resonates with you, I invite you to support the fundraiser and help spread awareness that recovery happens.
Together, we can celebrate hope, healing, and the possibility of change.
Recovery is possible.
People heal. Families heal. Lives change.
